Title of Proposal: This is the title that will appear on the CITERS 2026 website and in the printed symposium program. Capitalize all words except articles. After the proposal review process begins, changes to the title may only be made at the discretion of the Program Committee.
Short Description (no more than 75 words): This is the short summary that will appear on the CITERS 2026 website and in the printed symposium program. It should clearly indicate the session’s content and scope, giving readers a strong sense of who would benefit from attending. Well‑written descriptions help attendees make informed decisions about which sessions to join.
Submission Format: Paper Presentations, Poster Sessions, Symposia, Tech in Practice, Panel Discussions, Professional Workshops and Interactive Sessions.
Keywords: Three to five keywords are required.
Submission: The submission should provide a clear overview of the contribution and explain how it aligns with the symposium theme. It should not include any author-identifying information. Please refer to Submission Formats for specific required details.
Student Author: Please indicate whether the first author of the work is a student.
Special Requirements: Please indicate any special requirements, including potential virtual presenters, accessibility needs, or other considerations. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, the final decision rests with the Program Committee.
The Program Committee may also contact authors to update their abstracts after a proposal is accepted, if necessary.
